I am always very skeptical when I purchase waist trainers, because I'm small at the top and wide at the bottom and they... always ride up. I read the reviews and said I would give them a try. I received my order, however it was a tad bit too tight. I reached out to the website, they helped me choose a different one and said they will replace it. I had a death in the family and didn't have time to return it. I returned it a month later and they received my exchange without a problem. I tried it on and I am totally satisfied.
