If I could give more stars I would. I was in the area visiting and wanted to get some new shape wear because the one I had before had gotten to big. I called and Chrissy told me what time she was closing but because I was over 30 mins away she could stay a little over to wait on me. Well Atlanta traffic on a Saturday is horrible and  I was  stuck and my time kept increasing I called and told her I didn’t want her to have  to keep waiting she offered to come in on a Sunday her day off just to make sure I was taken care of. She looked at me and knew exactly what size I needed and within 10

This waist trainer is everything. I love it. The only downside is the straps stop sticking after a few months. I’ve purchased 2 in the past twelve months and now my straps aren’t sticking and I need another one. SMH other than that when the straps are sticking this is the best waist trainer hands down!!!
