to zip it But after I figured out my mistake I was able to get it on by myself the next time lol. Anyway I'm loving this trainer and it also helps with your posture. I wear it to work atleast 3 times a week since I do alot of walking and sweating on my job (chicken processing plant) so its working fine so far. I ordered an xl im 5'9" 185lbs. I'd recommend this product to anyone looking to get snatched lol.

Y’all, please don’t hesitate and get it! I have the double band waist trainer, and I’m in love! I’ve spent so much money over the last 6 months trying to find the perfect waist trainer. Even the ones that had the best reviews, I bought it, and it didn’t live up to its promises! Now I haven’t wore it enough to see results, as this is my 1st day wearing it, BUT I have no doubts this is the one! I say this because I went to the bathroom, and my stomach felt sweaty, and I felt inside the trainer and y’all my stomach and back is sweaty! All the other trainers I’ve bought said it will make you sweat and they didn’t! I’m not even working out, just at my job, and I’m sweating where my waist trainer is. Granted I work at a hospital, so I’m always walking, but no other waist trainer made me sweat like this, without doing major workouts. I’ve been on the keto diet and lost 45lbs, and still have more to loose, so I’ve searched high and low for the perfect waist trainer. I’m not gonna lie, I was hesitant on this one, because of all the good reviews, and normally the reviews are wrong, or paid, or whatever, but I’m so glad I decided to order it. I got the 2xl, and let me tell ya, I feel snatched while wearing it! The material is great! Chrissy did the damn thing while making this product! I purchased the double waist band before I started a new job at Amazon, I have only been working there for a week. I already see a difference in wearing the waist trainer, I did also purchase the swimming cream. Let me tell you about this amazing cream and I only have to put a little bit on and you automatically feel the heat. I put it on twice a day with the waist trainer and I even wear the waist trainer more than 8 hours even in my sleep. Sorry I can’t add photos (I take my in the nude), but I see a difference. Thank you so much for the great products you are selling and have invested in for us women or men that need a little assistance losing some weight.

This is my second trainer with chrissy k and I am so happy. Her trainers legit hold u together...don't move....rolll....slide....nothing.....they hug u just right and if worn constantly it really contours u. I wear it alone with chrissy k's slimming cream, or over shapeless, and recently I will wear chrissys brace corset and this over. Because I've been so happy with this trainer and the brace corset..... I'm ready to invest in more chrissy k item.
