We accept exchanges/returns of orders within 30 days of the date the order was shipped.
Exchange /Returns must get prior authorization. Please email [email protected] with order number and item.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, with no signs of try on (body secretions, deodorant or lotion stains) in their original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.
We require that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges/returns that show signs of wear, altered shape or form, try on or do not meet the above criteria.
Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
Once your exchange/return is received and inspected, we will notify you. This process can take up to 2-3 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered.
If your exchange/return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. Exchanges will go out within 2-3 days.
Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
