Shipping Policy

  • Orders placed on in stock items will ship between 1-2 business days ( 90% of orders  placed before 2pm will go out next day). This does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

    ***For Holiday Season all orders will ship same day up until 3:00pm. Orders placed after 3:00pm will ship next day.  If you have any special request or need additional help please chat with us so we can better assist you******

    *** Choose Priority Mail (2-3) day shipping in ensure your packages will arrive by Christmas and place your order by no later than Wednesday the 23rd if you are having you package sent to eastcoast or mid west. For west coast ( California, Oregon, Washington) make sure your order is in by no later than Tuesday to guarantee delivery before Christmas using Priority mail option at check out. Otherwise select next day service

  • You will be notified of when your item will be in stock. Most cases items ship within 1-2 weeks. In some instances it could ship within a few days depending on when we are expecting that shipment. 

  • Place your order before 4pm Monday-Friday (Saturday & Sunday orders will go out on following business day). Choose Priority Mail EXPRESS Shipping at checkout. NOT Priority Mail, this is NOT Next Day, it is 2-3 Day.

  • It depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Note that these timeframes are estimates that depend on the carrier.
    💜 Free Domestic Shipping: Depending On Weight Of Item(s) Purchased Shipping Will Be Either First Class Or Priority Mail.
    💜 USPS First Class Mail 3-5 Days
    💜 USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Days
    💜 USPS Priority Mail EXPRESS Next Day
    💜 USPS International 1-2 Weeks.
    💜 Pick Up In Store(ATLANTA/GA Customers ONLY): Pick up anytime during normal business hours.

  • Once label is generated you will receive notification and tracking number in your email provided on your order. 
     
  • Be sure to create account when checking out so that you can login and keep track of all orders placed. 
     
  • Once carrier has delivered your order you will receive an email notification to the email provided on your order. 
     
  • First check your mailbox, not just doorstep.
    Secondly, give it another 24-48 hours to show up as we have experience with packages saying delivered to customer but showed up 1-4 days later.
    Lastly after all previous steps have been completed but item still hasn’t came email us at [email protected]
  • Yes. You can pick up your order at our Atlanta Boutique anytime during business hours. 
    Monday-Friday 1:30-6pm, Saturday 10am-3pm.
  • Yes, you can shop in store anytime during normal business hours. No appointment needed.
